Posing coaching

Your physique is only as strong as the way you present it. Cynthia’s posing sessions are designed to help athletes refine their presentation, confidence, and command on stage. Every detail matters — from posture and transitions to tempo and energy. Cynthia teaches you not just what to pose, but how to move with intention.

Sessions are offered either in person or virtually, and are 30 minutes long to maximize retention and focus. You’ll work on division-specific poses (bikini, wellness, figure), symmetry, stage flow, and routine polishing. Cynthia provides direct feedback during sessions, followed by notes or video review to guide your solo practice.

How It Works & Payment Details:
Sessions are booked individually or as packages through secure Square payment links. After payment, you’ll receive a booking calendar link to reserve your time slot. Virtual sessions are hosted via Zoom or FaceTime with high-quality visual feedback. For competitors currently enrolled in prep coaching, posing sessions are included as part of their plan.
