Competition Prep with Cynthia is a full-service experience for athletes who are ready to step on stage — built on precision, health, and strategy. Cynthia’s approach focuses on bringing you to your absolute best while maintaining balance and longevity in the sport. Every detail is managed for you, from training periodization and nutrition adjustments to posing, peak week, and post-show recovery.
Each phase of prep is planned with your unique physique, division, and metabolic needs in mind. Cynthia monitors your progress closely through twice-weekly check-ins to ensure every variable — training, cardio, macros, water, and supplementation — evolves as your body changes. You’ll receive posing coaching, weekly feedback, and full transparency into why adjustments are made, helping you understand and master the process of competing.
How It Works & Payment Details:
Competition prep is delivered 100% online and billed monthly through Square’s secure recurring payments. After registration, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake form, and Cynthia will build your starting plan and posing schedule. You’ll check in twice weekly (commonly Mondays and Fridays), with updates and guidance provided directly by Cynthia. All posing sessions are scheduled individually based on prep phase.
Posing Coaching Schedule:

1 posing session every other week from the start of prep until 12 weeks out.

1 posing session every week from 12 weeks to 5 weeks out.

2 posing sessions per week from 5 weeks out until show day.

For multi-show seasons, post-show posing frequency is determined by the coach.
