This service is perfect for those who want expert-level guidance, personalized programming, and continuous feedback without needing to train in person.

Every plan is built from scratch around your current physique, schedule, goals, and available equipment. After filling out an in-depth onboarding form and submitting your starting photos, Cynthia designs your program with precision — from your workouts and rep targets to your daily macros and meal timing. Once you begin, progress is monitored weekly through detailed check-ins where Cynthia reviews your photos, performance metrics, and feedback to make any necessary adjustments.

How It Works & Payment Details:
Online Coaching is a monthly subscription handled securely through Square recurring billing. Payments are automatically processed on the same date each month, ensuring your spot remains active. Upon sign-up, you’ll receive a welcome email, your intake form, and instructions on how to submit your initial check-in. All coaching communication is managed through a private client channel, where you can message Cynthia directly between check-ins for additional guidance.
