Cynthia’s Personal Training program is for those who want more than just workouts — it’s a complete hands-on transformation experience. Every session is designed with purpose and precision, blending in-person coaching with a customized online plan that includes nutrition, cardio, and lifestyle guidance. This ensures that every part of your training, both inside and outside the gym, is aligned toward your goals.
Each 60-minute session is conducted in person, with Cynthia by your side to coach form, execution, and intensity. You’ll learn how to train efficiently and effectively, while also understanding the “why” behind each movement. Every exercise is chosen for a reason — to build symmetry, improve performance, and help you feel stronger and more confident in your body.
Unlike typical personal training, every client also receives full online coaching or competition prep support (whichever is relevant to your goals). That means you’re not just paying for sessions — you’re joining a complete coaching system with ongoing accountability and structure. Cynthia continuously reviews your data, physique progress, and recovery to adjust your plan weekly.
How It Works & Payment Details:
Personal training is offered in bi-weekly packages based on how many days per week you’d like to workout. You can choose between 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week, billed through secure recurring payments via Square. Once you have purchased a personal training package you will receive an email with a link to book your sessions for the next 2 weeks.
